Subscription Disclosure

The Christian Divinity VIP Membership is a recurring subscription service billed  $19.95 every 30 days until canceled. By completing your purchase and selecting the agreement checkbox at checkout, you acknowledge and consent to these recurring membership billing terms.

Membership Overview

Christian Divinity VIP Membership provides members with access to exclusive discounts, special promotions, early access to products, and other benefits made available to members from time to time. Membership benefits may change periodically at the discretion of Christian Divinity.

Recurring Billing Authorization

By enrolling in the Christian Divinity VIP Membership, you agree to a recurring subscription. You authorize Christian Divinity to charge your payment method  $19.95 per month for continued access to the Membership and its associated benefits. Your membership will automatically renew each month unless and until you cancel in accordance with these Terms. Charges will continue until the membership is canceled.

Cardholder Authorization & Recurring Billing Consent

By enrolling in the Christian Divinity VIP Membership and completing your purchase, you provide your express informed consent for recurring billing as described in these Terms. You authorize Christian Divinity to charge your selected payment method for the membership fees associated with the Christian Divinity VIP Membership.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are enrolling in a recurring subscription membership program

• Your payment method will be charged  $19.95 per billing cycle

• Billing will occur every 30 days unless canceled

• Charges will continue automatically until you cancel your membership

• You may cancel your membership at any time using the cancellation methods described in these Terms

You confirm that you have reviewed the pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation instructions prior to completing your purchase.

Electronic Authorization

By submitting your order and providing payment information, you authorize Christian Divinity and its payment processors to store and charge your payment method for recurring membership charges in accordance with these Terms. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel your membership.

Advance Notice of Billing

You will receive a transaction receipt for your initial purchase. Recurring membership charges will occur automatically based on the billing cycle described above. Customers may contact customer support at any time to confirm billing details or request cancellation.

Cardholder Rights

As a cardholder, you have the right to cancel your recurring membership at any time. Cancellation requests submitted before the next billing date will prevent the next scheduled charge. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact customer support so the issue can be reviewed and resolved promptly.

Transaction Verification

Christian Divinity may collect and store transaction-related data including but not limited to:

• IP address

• device type

• billing address

• order timestamp

• payment authorization information

This information may be used for fraud prevention, order verification, and to respond to payment disputes.

Promotional Offers & Discounted Products

From time to time, Christian Divinity may offer certain products at a promotional or discounted price when purchased alongside enrollment in the VIP Membership. By accepting these promotional offers, you acknowledge and agree that enrollment in the Christian Divinity VIP Membership may be required to receive the promotional pricing. Participation in these offers constitutes agreement to the recurring membership billing described in these Terms.

Billing Schedule

Your first membership charge will occur at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated. Subsequent membership charges will occur approximately every 30 days from the date of the initial billing. Billing dates may vary slightly due to processing timing, weekends, or holidays.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time.

To cancel your membership, you may:

• Use any account management tools made available through your customer account

• Contact customer support for assistance

Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle to avoid the next scheduled charge. Once canceled, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once billed. However, Christian Divinity may issue refunds at its sole discretion in cases of billing errors or exceptional circumstances. Customers are encouraged to contact customer support to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute with their bank or card issuer.

Billing Descriptor

Charges for the Christian Divinity VIP Membership will appear on your billing statement as CHRISTIANDIVINITY or a similar descriptor associated with Christian Divinity.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to: exclusive product discounts, special member-only promotions, early access to product releases, and access to limited offers or giveaways. Benefits may change at any time without prior notice.

Membership Eligibility

Membership is intended for individual consumer use only. Christian Divinity reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if abuse, fraud, or misuse of membership benefits is suspected.

Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Sharing account access or abusing membership privileges may result in termination of membership without refund.

Fraud & Chargeback Policy

Customers agree to contact Christian Divinity customer support to resolve any billing or membership concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through customer support may be considered abuse of the dispute process. Christian Divinity reserves the right to terminate memberships associated with excessive disputes or fraudulent activity.

Modification of Membership

Christian Divinity reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Membership program, pricing, or benefits at any time. Members will be notified of material changes where required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Christian Divinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Membership program.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Christian Divinity VIP Membership shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Members agree to waive participation in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
